Hello! My name is Brenna Elder, and I'm the director here at The Springs Preschool. I know how hard it can be to trust a new preschool for your child, because I'm a toddler mom myself! My husband and I live in Mesa, and our son Joshua loves being in Ms. Kayla's toddler class. My degrees are in Psychology & Philosophy from Arizona State. I've spent the last 10 years in campus ministry where I gained experience in administration, directing teams, and counseling individuals & couples. Now instead of working with college students, I spend my days with sweet preschoolers! I'm excited to collaborate together to provide the best care for your child. Hello! My name is Mrs. Susan and I am honored to be the Pre-K Teacher at The Springs Preschool. I have had the privilege of being an Early Education Teacher since 2014. I love working with young learners and their families.
I am originally from New York and now live in Phoenix with my husband, our three children and our German Shepherd mix dog. In my spare time, I love cooking and baking, spending time with my family and friends, watching movies, sports and the Food Network/HGTV. |

Hello, my name is Megan Grimm. I have 7 years of experience working in childcare and about 4 years of lead teaching experience. I moved to Arizona three years ago from Alaska and I have two children, Everly and Oliver. I love working with kids and helping them learn and grow. I can't wait to meet your family!

Hi! My name is Kayla! I have been working and volunteering with children for seven years. I am originally from Washington but recently moved to Arizona for a change of scenery and new opportunities. A fun fact about me is that I have a twin sister (I’m 16 minutes older…it matters). In my free time I enjoy hanging out with family and friends or sleeping. I am so excited about the opportunity to be in the Toddler classroom!

Hello, my name is Sandi Knutson, and I love working with children. I have worked as a Pre-school Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, and Professional Nanny. I have four happy, healthy children of my own and I believe when children learn and develop into confident, self-sufficient learners, we learn from the children. It is a lot of fun, and I’m happy to be here at The Springs Preschool.

Hi, my name is Athena. I am an Arizona native and live in Chandler with my beautiful 4-year-old daughter Poppy and 13-year-old Basset Hound, Bailey. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University and am currently pursuing a BS in Nursing. My dream is to become a Pediatric or Labor and Delivery Nurse someday. I love caring for and working with kids! I have cared for children from newborn through preschool age throughout middle school, high school, and college. I also worked as a counselor for WIC (Women Infants and Children) after graduating from college. My favorite colors are pink and purple. When I am not working or in school, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, hiking, and baking
